Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

At [Your Company Name], we believe you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully pleased with your wallpaper mural, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the wallpaper must be unused, in saleable condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom wallpaper murals

  • Door wallpapers

  • Wallpaper samples

  • In-home consultation fees (once the service has been rendered)

  • Installation services (once the service has been completed)

In the event of an error during the wallpaper installation process, we will correct the issue at no additional charge, including replacing and re-installing the wallpaper if necessary.
